Tier 1: Local Backup   * If one of your servers fails, the following two actions can be taken:     1.    The most recent image can be restored to similar or dissimilar hardware for rapid recovery 2.    In the event that hardware cannot be obtained in an acceptable time scale the failed server can be recovered to      a virtual environment hosted by the Virtual Tech Recovery Server (VTRS). Once the physical server has been      repaired/replaced the current stand-in server running in the virtual environment can be migrated back to physical.   * If a directory/file has to be restored then a Windows Explorer type utility can be used to open the backups and restore   the data rapidly     Tier 2: Local Backup + Secure Remote Backup     * All the advantages of Tier 1 included, plus:     1.    Secure offsite backup and data retrieval     Tier 3: Local Backup + Secure Remote Backup + Secure Web Access       * All the advantages of Tiers 1+2 included, plus     * If your site has experienced a disaster:     1.    Virtual Tech will access your latest images from the Virtual Secure Store © and recover them to servers at      our world class secure collocation. 2.    Virtual Tech will provide access to your recovered environment through a secure web portal. 3.    Your staff will be able to access a custom built desktop, loaded with all your mission critical applications      from any where in the world. 4.    Virtual Tech will ensure that whilst you are in Disaster Recovery, all your data is backed up nightly. 5.    Virtual Tech will  enable smooth fail back of environment.
